We had a fantastic city break with great value for money and a room that provided a comfy stay. The location was perfect, placing us near the historic center, a stone's throw from the metro and easy access to all the famous attractions. The rooms and the bathroom were very clean, and the service provided by the staff was top-notch. The hotel also had excellent breakfast choices and a spacious lobby area, which made our stay even better.
At times, the hotel staff's communication skills weren't up to the mark.

The hotel was very well located with a lot of restaurants in the area, and it was very convenient being close to Madou metro station. The cleanliness was excellent and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. This city is beautiful and has great transportation options.

I appreciated location and staff here. Iron/ironing board, a work desk and a TV set with satellite channels in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

This hotel is a great value for the money, with prices that won't break the bank. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, situated in a quiet neighborhood but just a short 15-minute walk to the city center. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to explore the city.
The rooms are clean but could benefit from a refurbishment.

Great breakfast with a variety of options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location near public transportation and close to popular attractions.
Some rooms were not well cleaned and had issues like a lack of air conditioning, small shower screens, and noisy radiators. Inconvenient setup with bathrooms located outside of some rooms.

I had a spacious three-bed room that was kept clean with fresh towels everyday. The neighborhood had a nice selection of restaurants and cafes, and it was a short walk to the old town center. Plus, the cathedral nearby added a pleasant ambience.
